Eyeliner is really a godsend. I love to wear it at night, and it’s such a versatile thing. Depending on how I apply it, I get a range of looks.
Personally, I love the fat eyeliner pencils as well as liquid eyeliner when I want a dramatic effect. But after reading this, I think I may expand my options.
