4 Tips for Sticking to Weight Loss Resolutions

Losing weight must be the number one New Year’s Resolution. It just has to be. I command no lab experience to support this assumption; no scientific study. It’s simply based on empirical evidence involving the hundreds of people who want to lose weight that I’ve encountered over the years while working and attending numerous fitness classes. Most all of them really got serious about losing weight around the new year. New year, new weight.

And here’s another assumption: It’s one of the hardest resolutions to keep.
